WHAT IS PATHWAYS
Pathways was a product strategy and research workflow that was developed to help companies improve their CX across the customer journey.
MY ROLE
Working with the head of digital strategy, I helped develop the Droga5 process and execture our Pathways workstreams.

Each Pathways project started with qualtitative and quantitative research which would include:

Synthesis
Following research we would collaborate to generate insites and recomendations based on what we found.
This could take the form of specific design recomendations which would be added to a backlog and tackled in a sprint. Or our synthesis would lead to completely new products and features that would get their own scope and roadmap.

Results
INTERNAL
Pathways was a massively powerful workstream that supercharged our product ideation and development workflows. Our research and insights allowed creative and strategy teams to refine work against real user data. Additionally, when deployed in parallel with sprints, Pathways helped prioritize and identify backlog items before deisgns went into production.
EXTERNAL
For clients, Pathways was extremely successful having been sold to Under Armour, Mattress Firm, Rimowa, Tencent, and Chase while I was at Droga5. Each client used pathways to both prioritize internal workstreams as well as generate roadmaps with Droga5 and Accenture to gain the greatest impact from each product.
